Shipping and Returns

Domestic shipping and processing has a time frame of up to 15 business days on prints. Print orders are delivered in a mailing tube. A tracking will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched.

Framed prints, please allow up to 26 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. A tracking number will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Local Pick up is available on some original items at no charge. Please note that packaging is reduced for larger framed and art pieces to save costs for you and to the planet! Local Pick up is available from our Head Office and located in  Plaza at 2/7 Neptune Street, Phillip.

Local Delivery is offered by Sel Noir Designs within a radius of 20km at Flat Rate $10. Please note that all local deliveries also have minimal packaging.

INTERNATIONAL

We are currently shipping to New Zealand, United Kingdom and Unites States of America. For all other countries, please message us for a quote first.

Shipping to these countries are sent by standard post. Express postage will incur higher charges and must be queried first.

International Costs will be calculated at the checkout.

For Fragile Shipping (Original Art), we suggest rolling the canvas and sending in a tube. This is a much more affordable alternative to bulky shipping. * Please note, this option is not available for already framed original art. 

Returns

We do not offer returns or refunds due to change of mind or final opinion.

Should your art become damaged during transit, please report to us immediately with photographic evidence so we can contact the engaging transit company. Do not open any damaged packaging until photographs are taken. Replacements will only be granted for  damaged prints that meets this criteria. Any damaged original art will be replaced with a commission credit.
