What paper do you print on?
You will always find the details of our artworks described in the product link.
We use the highest quality ink jet printing methods to ensure you receive the best of our artworks. We choose our papers and printing methods based on what we believe is the best for our artworks.
Currently we are printing our artworks on bright white fine art matte 260gsm paper.
What sizes do you print?
Mostly every size possible. If you do not see the size listed then please contact us.
How do the PDF Digital orders work?
Once you have ordered and paid you will receive a PDF file instantly at the Thank You page. There will be a button that says DOWNLOAD. Click the button and your file will instantly download as well as been sent to to your provided email address.
Our artworks have been designed in 300dpi A4 sizing using CMYK colors and have a 5mm bleed unless stated otherwise.
We have a strict policy that our PDF files are for personal use ONLY. This means you MUST NOT sell, share, or reproduce any of our files for profit or personal and or commercial use. We understand that friends and family may love the file and ask you to reuse it for themselves. We can only trust that our customers who purchase our files will understand the importance of supporting a local Australian business and ask your friend to purchase their own file.
We have the right to reject your order for a PDF file should we suspect that your purpose of use for the file is dishonest and breaking our T&C's. Please read here for our copyright policy in terms and conditions.
You will not receive a physical file. Your PDF is yours to use anyway you wish. You choose the paper, the quantities and the size. Go nuts we say.
By accepting a PF by Sel noir designs, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. We are pretty protective of our art work , so let's not make this all legal and take the fun out of this.
How big can I print my PDF digital?
Your file has been designed up to A4 but could print up to A3 or higher in some cases. The larger you go the precision of your image will lessen. Please be aware of this. We take no responsibility if your print has lost it's clarity because you wanted to print in an A2 size. If a larger size is what you need then please contact us for arrangements as we may be able to accommodate your request.
How will my order be shipped?
We use Australia Postage services.
All art works up to A3 in size are shipped flat in a thick DO NOT BEND envelope or a mailing tube. A2 plus are shipped in a mailing tube.
If you have ordered more than one artwork and it is going to the same address then we may combine prints in one. Meaning an A5 or A4 may be sent in a mailing tube with an A3.
How long is processing?
From the moment you order and pay for your artwork processing commences. Unless specified by us or you have ordered a custom / commission work then processing time will take up to 7 days unless we have advised otherwise. It is then that we post Generally posting should only take up to 2-5 days within Australia (country locations up to 5-8 days) however this can be longer. International can be up to 6 weeks. This is an estimate and based on past posts we can only say that it maybe longer than Australia Post's estimated times. We cannot give an exact time frame as inconsistency can occur within the postage services and we apologise for this. It is frustrating for you and us. We will give you a tracking number once your item is posted for you to follow the progress of your parcel. International shipping will take longer and up to 3 business weeks.
Do you Express post?
Of course. Express post are next day deliveries from the moment we have dropped your art work into the post office. This does not mean that the order process will be faster. It is purely just the POSTAGE. Express posts incur higher shipping charges especially for larger prints and by weight. So please ask us first for a postage quote if it is not listed on shipping options..
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! We offer flat rate shipping on all International orders.
What are your shipping costs?
We work hard to keep the shipping costs low. Currently we have a flat rate of $10 shipping for Australia which comes with a tracking number and $30 for International. No tracking is offered for International standard shipping unless you select with tracking for an extra cost.
What if I don't like the final customised order on your artworks?
Based on your opinion, we will not refund, exchange or cancel .
Why does the print colours I received look different to what is on my screen?
Your computer and devices screen use RGB mode. Depending how your monitors are calibrated then the actual art work may differ slightly in colours. We of course match as close to what you see as possible.
Do you wholesale?

How can I pay?
We use Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
So what is your refund policy?
Our store does not accept returns refunds or cancellations due to change of mind or based on opinion. However we are very understanding and if there is a fault with your product then we will happily exchange or replace your item including return postage.

What if my artwork was damaged whilst been shipped?
In the rare case that this has occurred then please contact us within 48 hours. However we take no responsibility for what happens to your artwork once it is in the Australia Posts hands. However we will try and help you where we can . You will need to read the conditions and policy of Australia Post.
I used my tracking number and Australia Post advised me they left it at the front door but it is not here.

I bought some old stock through your social media pages some time ago but you are not stocking them on your new website. Can I still order them?
Of course. A lot of that stock is what got us here today and we are so happy you want more of them. Send us a message and we can work something out.
Are you still making PDF invitations?
We most certainly can. Just the same as our old stock question and custom question we can still accommodate this and we will eventually start stocking these as a regular item again.
We are currently offering framing for you to take the hassle out of looking for a quality frame and having your print framed perfectly to the mm. The frames we offer are made from plantation grown sustainable timbers. Acid free materials are only used in finishing the frame so no MDF. This will ensure longevity and preservation of your print. The frame will be 20mm width on the front face and 30mm on the side (depth).
We use a Shinkolite instead of glass. This is a 3mm high grade cast acrylic with crystal clear transparency. It is a safer alternative to glass as well as a much lighter choice!
Where can I buy my own frames from?
Of course if you want to buy your own frames we suggest, KMART, IKEA and Homebase as being the best recommended stores.
Do I need to mount my print?
We offer mounting with our frame choices but the price will alter so please message us first. Not only does Mounting sometimes make the print appear larger and more attractive to the eye, it is used for valuable prints so the print doesn't touch the glass or acrylic.
